Services are provided in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire regions. Our dedication extends beyond mere care provision; we strive to empower our clients to preserve their independence, dignity, and quality of life within the sanctuary of their own homes. Caregivers hold equal importance, and we seek individuals who can forge significant relationships with clients, providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the living area, as needed.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive environment to enhance the well-being and autonomy of clients.
  • Work in concert with other healthcare professionals and family members for comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to care plans and directives from registered managers to provide tailored care.
  • Document and uphold precise care records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to improve caregiving abilities.
  • Perform errands, including grocery shopping and managing laundry drop-offs and pickups.
  • Assist with the preparation, serving, and consumption of meals and beverages.
  • Administer prescribed oral and topical medications as directed by a physician.
Requirements
  • The right to work in the UK is mandatory.
  • A DBS check is required to verify identity and status.
  • While previous care work experience is beneficial, comprehensive training is provided.
  • A compassionate and empathetic nature is essential, reflecting a dedication to positively impacting people’s lives.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members are important.
  • Possessing a carer’s heart means having a deep desire to treat those we serve with kindness, dignity, and respect.
