Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the living area, as needed.
- Create a nurturing and supportive environment to enhance the well-being and autonomy of clients.
- Work in concert with other healthcare professionals and family members for comprehensive care.
- Adhere to care plans and directives from registered managers to provide tailored care.
- Document and uphold precise care records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Engage in continuous training and development to improve caregiving abilities.
- Perform errands, including grocery shopping and managing laundry drop-offs and pickups.
